On Monday, August 30, 2021, the venerators of The Divine Mercy from Great Britain gathered for their annual pilgrimage at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Assumption and of St. Simon Stock in Aylesford, a shrine which dates back to the 13th century. The Apostolate of Divine Mercy, conducted by the Marian Fathers in London, organized this pilgrimage.
On August 28, 2021, four Marian deacons were ordained to the priesthood in our religious house in Kibeho-Nyarushishi (Marian Formation Center): Christian Munyaribanje, MIC, Félix Uwimana, MIC, Alfred Niyobuhungiro, MIC, and Cédric Ishimwe, MIC. Bishop Célestin Hazikimana, Ordinary of the Diocese of Gikongoro, performed the ceremony.

Father Marek Martiška, son of Anton and Emilia (née Homolová), was born on March 3, 1980, in Trenčin, Slovakia, as the youngest of the family’s four children (he had a sister Helena and two brothers: Pavel and Peter).
