Christopher Alar celebrated the Mass; during his homily, he spoke about the Divine Mercy, which is love in action. He emphasized the generosity of God\u2019s grace, which chooses people and nations to fulfill God\u2019s plan in salvation history.<\/p>\n<p>During the sessions, the Chapter members indicated the most important topics for discussion. Some of them were brought forth for such discussion. The final decisions will be worked upon in the committees and will be brought forth to the entire Chapter for discernment and voting after the elections.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon, the Chapter members had discussions regarding the possible candidates for the office of Superior General and the offices of general councilors. The meeting, even though it was not put in the protocol, is an integral part of the sessions.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Fr.
