Australia, Kensington: Fr. Juozas Petraitis, MIC, passed away

With great sorrow, we notify our Confreres
of the death on April 3th, 2016, of

Father Juozas Petraitis, M.I.C.,

a member of the Asian Vicariate,
a resident of the Mary MacKillop Nursing Home in Kensington in Australia.

The Lithuanian Community will celebrate a Vigil-Eucharist with Fr. Joseph present in his coffin in his beloved St. Peters in Adelaide at the St. Casimir Parish Church on Monday at 2 p.m. preceded with the Prayer of the Holy Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Then the Archbishop of Adelaide will celebrate a Eucharist with Fr. Joseph present in his coffin at St. Francis-Xavier Cathedral in Adelaide on Tuesday at 10 a.m. preceded with the prayer of the Holy Rosary at 9:30 a.m. and after these solemn celebrations, Fr. Joseph will be buried in the Centennial Park Cemetery in Adelaide.

We commend our Departed Confrere to God’s mercy. May the good Lord grant him eternal rest.
