Portugal: Fr. Francis Jaworski, MIC, passed away

With deep regret we hereby notify the Confreres, that on June 29, 2017, Fr. Francis Jaworski, MIC, a member of the house in Balsamão, died at the Hospital of Macedo de Cavaleiros at approx. 5:30 p.m. He was 93 years of age, a religious for 61 years and a priest for 56 years.

The funeral ceremonies took place on Friday, June 30, 2017, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Balsamão. After a Holy Mass of Christian burial at 6:00 p.m., the body was carried in procession to the cemetery.

We commend our Beloved Departed, Fr. Francis to the Infinite Divine Mercy.
