On December 21, 2025, on the Fourth Sunday of Advent, three of our acolytes: Br. John the Baptist Nguyễn Văn Biên, MIC, Br. Peter Nguyễn Tiến Dũng, MIC, and Br. Peter Nguyễn Văn Hà, MIC, were ordained deacons by Joseph Bùi Công Trác, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Saigon.
Among the 17 concelebrating priests were Fr. Joseph Trần Hòa Hưng SDB, episcopal vicar for religious orders in the Archdiocese of Saigon, Fr. Joseph G. Roesch, MIC, Superior General of the Marians, and Fr. Wojciech Jasiński, MIC, III Councilor and Treasurer General of the Congregation.
The ceremony was attended by many guests, including family members of the newly ordained deacons, friends, and benefactors of our local religious community.
During his homily, the bishop referred to the charism of the Congregation of Marian Fathers and the person of our Founder, St. Stanislaus of Jesus and Mary Papczyński, emphasizing its relevance for the Church in Vietnam today.
